Uniquely designed as an EASY-TO-INSTALL, DO-IT-YOURSELF backup sump pump with included BUILT-IN vacuum breaker back-flow prevention device. The pump is mounted on the ceiling above the sump, keeping it clean and dry until needed. Uses water pressure to pump water! This design meets most local plumbing codes for back-flow prevention, includes many of the installation parts, and means greater efficiency and higher pumping rates. Connects directly to your home water supply using the INCLUDED push-fit pipe fittings, similar to "Shark-Bite Brand," for copper, PEX, or CPVC piping. High quality, durable materials and a completely hydraulic float and valve system for reliable, long-lasting operation. Suitable for use with Radon covers. It comes complete with a brass vacuum breaker valve, brass shutoff valve, tee, and adapter so it is very easy to install right out of the box. You must supply the water pipe and 1" PVC pipe for the suction from the bottom of the sump to the ceiling.
